As you can probably tell the site has had a nice facelift. I think Bill managed to settle on a very nice layout for us and it's looking great. Although there are a ton of obvious changes, I wanted to make sure people coming to the site caught some of the new way cool features we've now activated.
First and foremost say hello to your own member photo galleries. The purpose of these galleries is to showcase the photos that all you Cougar enthusiasts snap on your sojourns out and about. Show us your cats guys and gals! Currently there is a limit (albeit a very generous one) on the maximum number of photos and space for your galleries but it is really inplace for the spammers so if you are running out of space for your galleries a quick note in the forum or email to an admin will get that sorted out. Another exciting addition to the site is the user blog module. What is a blog you ask? Think of it as your own personal soapbox. The intention for these blogs is that people who are so inclined can write articles for contributing to the community. Those articles can be technical, informational, or simply about the hobby in general. Talk about the latest car show you visited, the latest run down the drag strip, the world is your oyster. As always please bear with us while we bring more of these services online over the coming days and weeks. Lot's of irons in the fire. Please report any trouble you have to an admin so they can attempt to debug the offending scripts. Safe travels and thank you for being a part of the Classic Cougar Community. |
