Knew a guy several years ago with a 351 powered 70 Eliminator. We went back and forth on a price in relation to its condition. We never struck a deal. Have you ever noticed mine? I used industrial strength double sided tape and mounted them to the underside of the gravel guard/splash shield.
I was thinking that would probably be a good spot to put them :-)

Asking price on original '70's tend to be around $400-500, depending on the included hardware (plates, spacers, etc.). 69's seem to bring a bit more, say $500-600 for a good example. '69's have the "sag" issue, and many of them show splits and damage, which will affect value. 69 Cougar has a pedesta...
