Vacuum is really an indicator of problems unless it is so low by virtue of cam shaft design that it becomes an issue with other vacuum dependent systems. I think a more accurate description is that the company that processed the cards for WCCC was breached. Hopefully Don will provide a full explanation.

This works a lot better if you make the tool as described in the thread. It may be easier to find a replacement latch than it is too find a good spring.

I am not sure what the part number is in consumer quantities. Probably pretty close to 4618 or maybe4951. They are all very good.

I love DPOs. They do crazy stuff and many times all you have to do is undo their "fixes" and you have a great car.

Good catch! I believe that 619 were produced and 623 were scheduled. (4 were never produced). Lets see if Royce can answer this definitively.
