That is a cool Cougar item. It is in awesome condition compared to the one that is always on eBay.

Re: 1968 Convertible Conversion

Today I did some work on our sign computer and made some G-TC fender badge decals. I know they aren't the same as the actual GT-E fender badges but it's custom, cost effective and they will match the trunk latch insert I made. Here are some pictures. 542|386|2017|2812.jpg 800|750|2017|2813.jpg Steven

Re: The Mustangs Unlimited GTE is back for Sale

It was rebuilt and installed into my old Black GTE also restored to a very high standard. Unfortunately the car was lost to a tragic fire in its entirety 2 yrs ago. I'm lost on this thread. Is the above mentioned destroyed black GTE the one restored by Jim Ellsworth? But the MU GTE is another body ...

Re: 1969 Q Code convertible 4-speed

He had it there in its component parts. The front springs have to settle. The rear springs are where they are supposed to be. Check out the video of the car on KTL's Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/ktlrestorations/posts/1017255355073286 And, I AM a Silver Jade kind of guy. This one was just...

The 460 7.5 Litre Lima engine was available in 1974 as well.
Timed perfectly for the gas crisis. Oh, the dark days of the 70's.
(Disco still sucks!) ;)
That’s the truth. Mustangs downsized and the Cougar got bigger. Go figure.

There were 2793 Cobra Jet Cougars made in 1974.

Did not know that, that's a lot.
Thought after 73 biggest they probably got was a 400M.

It's my understanding that the tail light bezels are custom made.
What happened to the G hood scoop it used to have?
I thought G good scoop was replaced in one of the previous sales by Mustangs Unlimited. It shows in one of the pictures in this listing.

Re: The Mustangs Unlimited GTE is back for Sale

That is probably the most honest/up front listing we've seen on this car, no? I believe it is. There is no mistaking what this Cougar is by this listing. I like the car overall. A few things I’d change but other than that it’s a driver. I’d really like to know more about the tailight gril...

Re: Maybe a Cougar in my future?

Here is a 1967 Cougar 4 speed that I saw on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Mercury-C ... dt&vxp=mtr
It looks like a pretty solid Cougar.
