67 on Ebay with a 69 or 70 dash

I've never seen this before , this 67 has a 69 or 70 dash installed in it.
plus the interior parts from the 69 or 70 as well , which is doable.
How do you morph that dash and wiring into a 67 though.

Looks like whoever did that dash conversion hacked it up. I can only imagine what the wiring looks like.

Neat idea for a restomod, the '69/'70 interior is a lot nicer than '67/8, IMHO. The devil is in the details though.

Hmmmmmmmmmm, I also assumed the 69/70 was way too wide for the 67/68?

First time I've seen that done to a 67/68. Theirs a 69/70 prototype Mustang Shelby that has a Cougar dash installed.

The swapped in parts are from a 1970 XR-7. You can tell by the seats, rear side panels, and the ignition switch being on the steering column. Interesting that it has a factory 8K tach. You usually only find an 8K tach in a Boss 302 Eliminator.

I noticed the 8K tach as well. I had a H code 70 XR-7 that had one in it. But could not prove it left the factory with it. This could be a fun car if the swap was done well.

Man thats hard to look at! The more you look the more it makes you question it.

Cool idea on the dash but I highly doubt that is done in any professional manner by looking at the rest of the car

Was called the Quarter Horse. I believe that there were two test cars built. One might have been a Boss9.
