Build Sheet.

For two years the Eliminator roamed the streets looking for prey. Although you could get an engine available from Mercury in the Eliminator, the Cobra Jet 428 and Super Cobra Jet 428 were common under the hood. This was also the only Cougar to get the Boss 302. Build Sheet.

Post by malcolmH » 11 Jan 2017, 02:35

Hi Guys, after removing front seats for some minor work on my 69 Eliminator, i checked under front carpet on drivers side to find the build sheet still in a reasonable condition and is just readable. As my Eliminator is a spoiler delete car, it mentions at bottom of build sheet (DSO 52 8020 Rear spoiler kit to be put in luggage compartment to be installed by dealer, what a great find after 48 years.

Yours is one of the nine known '69 Eliminators that is a "spoiler delete". They really should be called "spoiler uninstalled" as they were shipped with the car. Congrats on finding a build sheet.
